Amurie is one of the most beautiful community in Nkporo,and Amurie is located in Abia State also is under Ohafia local government area abia state.
Some other villages like Item in bend local government and Abiriba in Ohafia local Government all in abia state are very close to nkporo.
Amurie nkporo is a beautiful and loving community where people will love to spend their Christmas,sons and daughters of amurie nkporo and nkporo in general come home with there friends,and in amurie and nkporo in general we welcome strangers and treat them like our own people that is why strangers feel hungry to visit amurie nkporo every Christmas even with there own friends.
In Amurie nkporo we have strong handsome able men and beautiful maidens who engage them selfs in one good work to another.
Amurie nkporo is mainly base on agricultural product,agriculture and farms,fruits and vegetable stores and offering yams,yam distributors,other neighboring villagers came to amurie nkporo in a market called afia eke to buy garri,yams etc.
In amurie nkporo we have a stream called afufani where we go to fetch live drinkable water coming out from the rock,the water is very cool and pure,while some part of the afufani stream is for swimming,it is not dangerious like ironyi.
