Employing Security Guards Direct is Better Than Hiring Them From The Security Company

I'm posting this tutorial base on the experience I have and also on how some security company treat their guards,I will be introducing my own idea or knowledge today.

Going to security company to hire security guards is west of money (expensive) you will pay them big amount of money while they will pay there guards a small amount of money.

For example the security company may charge the person #200,000 for service charge per month,for Four men and they will pay there security guards #20,000 (Naira) each out of the #200,000 (Naira),20,000×4 = 80,000,120,000 will remain in the security company account, the amount of salary paid to guards is too poor, the money is not even enough for them to solve there problems.

The worst part of it is that,some security company pay there guards very late,many of them keep buying in credits to pay for what they bought when they receive there salary.

Employing security guards direct by your self is better than going to security company to hire them,because you will pay-less and pay them big amount of money than the amount they receive from the company.

Example you pay the company #200,000 (Naira) for Four men and the company will pay those men #20,000 (Naira) each,but you can use #100,000 (Naira) to pay for those four men,each person will be receiving #25,000 (Naira) as  salary, and you who employed them will still have #100,000 (Naira) left for you.

But some security company pay their guards well,big amount of money,but also the person that hire them will also pay big amount of money to the security company.
